TOURNAMENT NEWS

What an unusual Big East Tournament we had this year. There we a few notable records that were broken by Syracuse's amazing run to the Big East Championship!!!

Syracuse became the 1st team in the history of the Big East Tournament to play on Day 1 (win 4 games) and go on to win the Big East Tournament.

Syracuse became the highest seeded team to win the Big East Tournament (9 Seed).

Syracuse became the 1st team to win a Big East Tournament game (defeated Georgetown) after winning the previous game in OT (defeated UCONN in OT).

Congratulations to this year's winner. We had a 3 way tie for 1st Place that went to the tiebreakers. TOURNAMENT RULES
Each entry (bracket) is $20. Entry fee must be paid and received prior to tip-off of the Cincinnati vs. Syracuse game at 12pm March 8th. If your entry fee has not been received you will be removed from the pool unless you have made other arrangements with the administrator. Feel free to enter as many times as you like.

This year we will be scoring the same way as last year. You will receive points for each correct match winner you choose. The number of points will be calculated as follows:

Winner's Seed # x Round #

For example:

You chose Seed #8 to defeat Seed #9 in Round 1. You would receive 8pt. 1(seed) x 1(round)=1pt

If you chose Seed #12 to defeat Seed #5 in Round 1 you would receive 12pts. 12(seed) x 1(round)=12pts

You chose Seed #12 to defeat Seed #4 in Round 2 you would receive 24pts. 12(Seed) x 2(round)=4pts

If you have any questions please contact the Pool Administrator
